For over twenty years, Owner / Designer Kim Allan has worked in sales and customer service. Since 1997, Kim has worked exclusively in the undergarment fashion industry. She became a star performer and gained a strong reputation in customer service.

Kim Allan Silk Corp. (KAS) is the result of Kim's enthusiasm and dedication to create a product that surpasses customer’s expectations and at the same time provide superior customer service. KAS sells luxurious silk knit garments that are meant to be worn everyday. You won’t find lace or fancy fads. KAS produces ultra-comfortable, sensible silk garments that are explicitly designed to make people of all sizes feel good. Sensible silk for every body.

KAS customers receive service on a personal level. When customers call KAS, they are not met with push button phone menus and recorded messages. Whenever possible, customers speak directly with Kim. Other KAS customer care representatives are personally trained by Kim.

No matter how large KAS grows, or how successful Kim becomes, she will still be building friendships with customers through a direct line of communication.
